Hello, I have a client that has 5 different printers on a windows XP peer to peer network. The way they print is through a relay full duplex to a server in another state & then back to their office. Everything has been fine for over a year and all of a sudden, randomly all the printers will just start printing the test pages (reset trigger)including thermal label printers. We have done extensive options including installing new printers, cables, switches etc. It doesnt seem to happen at night or weekends. could this be an environment issue? signals being sent out and triggering every printer to go into reset mode? Any help would be appreciated. thank you
