Greetings all,
Have an interesting problem. We have a Win98SE PC that, when our client prints she intermittently receives the following ?Blue Screen? error:
?A fatal exception error 0E has occurred at 0028:C02BB9C7 in VXD IFSMGRC04+000131E3. The current application will be terminated.?
Followed by:
?A fatal exception error 0D has occurred at 0246:014F47FB??
What I?m looking for is any information on what system files (offhand) could be causing this error upon PRINTING only. She is having no other problems on her PC. We?ve already un/installed the printer driver(s) to no avail. TechNet (at least as far as I could find) has little information.
