I have run into a major challenge in a search for a tool(s) that will measure & report out pre & post migration network and application performance.
Need to benchmark speed of network including packet loss, Exchange email (from launch to seeinginbox & when sending 100k, 500k, 1mb, 5mb email within LAN\WAN org), Remote Access throughput & busy\no answer results and finally intranet\internet performance (speed, failures due to proxies or ACLs).
Lucent VitalSuite is close but intrusive due to client agent installs. Traps and RMON2 probes offer network results, but do not address application performance.
Any ideas?
