Hi I am a computer tech and am at my whits end I have a very urgent case here I have a customer whos husband died last year I have her computer here a emachine and its cpu fan starts out streaming fast then sometimes I
mean sometimes slows too boot and can’t do a thing BSOD. (Haven’t been able to get the bsod at all to get code but I think her mobo is also screwed) Then I go to bios do changes and it freezes.
I have tried to get data off by ways of Ubuntu, piggy backing off of my laptop, Spotmau recovery , various software for data recovery it seems to be spinning but I can’t get a thing out of it I wouldn’t be so concerned other than these are probably some of the last pictures she has had of him. I consider my self very good at technical. I am stumped. Any and all advice would be appreciated Yes I have told her and many others the importance of back up……
