Need to configure IIS 6.0 on Windows XP Professional SP2

Hi
I am running Windows XP Professional SP2 on my machine. I need to upgrage IIS from 5.1 to 6.0.
Not able to find anything pertaining to this on Microsoft.com.
Kindly help.
