Map a drive letter to the server share in your logon script, as in:
NET USE H: \\servername\sharename /PERSISTENT:NO

That way, the user can go to H:\username on his/her My Computer instead of browsing the network to find \\servername\sharename\username.

The /PERSISTENT:NO is in case you want to later remove the drive in a script with
NET USE /DELETE H:
and re-map the letter to some other share.

Under login script you can do a lot of things such as mapping drive.
First, we need to create some Membership groups which are assigned rights to see some network folders such as private or share folder

Add clients to certain Membership groups
Second, under log script, you should state something like this: if member of some Membership group, map a "drive letter" to the "server path".

When user logs in network, he/she will be mapped by drive letter according to his/her membership.
