My computer needs to be rebooted three times before I am able to get to my desktop. ie: I add a hardware or software and windows says to reboot, I reboot and then it locks the keyboard for the first two attemps, then on the third it boots just fine. I have uninstalled Windows 98 and reinstalled it, I have downloaded the updates for 98 no success. Can anyone please help?
