I built a new computer and I did not remove the data before I built the new machine. I was going to make it a slave to copy the data and I forgot that it has a NTFS format w/Win XP. I am running Vista now and it lets me retrieve the file but after I reset the permissions to administrator. This would be impossible to retrieve thousands of docs. Does anyone know of an easier way to set the permissions or retrieve the docs?
