Hello all,
I need to create a service training manual to be used both as a resource for existing techs, and as a training guide for new one. Things such as product disassembly, known issues and solutions. Using related service s/w, and h/w. Need to make it easy to use, understand, and quickly be able to reference item.
What I want to know is if anybody out there can point me to any specific software, web sites resources etc. that will make my job easier.
I have never done anything like this before.
Please help!!
