Hi, I am working on a Windows XP Pro system, and due to regulatory requirements by FDA, we need to have the users be able to wirte to a folder and then not to have ability to delete/modify that file, oafter it is saved. Currently as Creator Owner, the user is able to delete the file that he/she created. If I remove the Delete permission for Creator Owner, it gives message that file already exists and also creates .TMP files. Is there a Third Party software available to get this to work, as Microsoft Tech Support is unable to help.
