need your advice: on IT career track

By Serene5 ·
Hello there,
I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in IT,
with MBA in Information Systems. I started my
career with a small job in IT-Business-user
support for a major bank. I'm nearing my second
year. This is almost no growth area. I would
like to shift track in career. I have little or
no coding experience. Considering my backround,
can any one give me some good advise on the
possible IT Career tracks I'm eligible for? I'm
really interested in IT Management-side. Your
advise will be very useful guidance to me.

Possible guidance

I'm an engineer whose made a transition from programming and architecture to vendor management/marketing/lead generation. My technical background helps me understand customer needs well since I used to buy what my company now sells. Someone with your background might benefit from this.

I run a nonprofit site called CareerJockey.org that has material that might help you as you discern the next steps in your career. You can also contact me directly from that site.

Hope this helps.
