I have a Windows 2000 network, a T1 Line, Cisco 1700 router, and a Sonic XPRS2 firewall. I am interested in video conferencing, specifically application sharing for presentations and training sessions for OUTSIDE users to participate. I have a webcam and microphone but when people are demonstrating power point or autocadd instructions the internet users cannot see. I want to be able to share the applications with users so the can see the applications and what is being done on their own screen. So if I play a power point slide show it comes up on their screen AND if I am showning people how to use the tool bar buttons in autocadd they can see my open autocadd screen. Netmeeting shares applications are their any other choices people are using and like???

Lotus SameTime offers a lot more than NetMeeting, e.g. in security and in support for add-on apps. Outside users can use ST web client (and have most functionality), ST applet or ST fat client. ST is a superset of NetMeeting (M$ developed NM with a Lotus toolkit).

Net meeting or something else?
