Ok, this is the big thing. I tried to develop some application in C# using Cyrillic encoding (windows-1251). However, none of text appears correctly on the page. Instead, when I cahnge the meta tag or codepage in UTF-8 and still type the text in windows-1251 I get clear results. Now, with UTF-8 page, when I try to load data from a database who is also in windows-1251 doesn’t display correctly.
if anyone has worked this out, or found the same problem, please let me know of any solutions. It would help a lot.
