net send accross internet?

Hi Folks.

I have a few questions about “net send”ing.

Is it possible to net send a message accross the internet to an IP address or FQDN?

Does a net send have to use Net BIOS?

Through which port does a net send come?

Is net sending limited to W2K domains, trees or forests? Limited to subnets?
