I keep getting an error caused by the failure of some automatic windows search process related to the .NET Runtime Optimization Service (v2.0.50727_X86). If I check under services the service is set to manual and has been stopped. If I change it to Automatic and start it the errors stop for a while and then the service gets reset back to manual and stops. Then the errors begin all over again. They happen as often as every 30 seconds to 2 minutes so it is really annoying (I get a pop-up while I am in the middle of something). Can you help? The error from the event log is listed below.
