NetBios Interface Service

Event ID 7000
Netbios Interface Service failed to start due to the following error: The system could not find the specified file. We applied some services packs a while ago and had all kinds of problems. This started after the service pack incident. The messenger service will not start also I get an error saying “Cannot start the messenger service on local computer. Error1068 The dependency service or group failed to start” The dependecy service is lanman wokrstation netbios RpcSS.
This is awindows 2000 server running citrix.
How do I resolve this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
