NetBios Problems

I’ve got a NT 4.0 server, service pack 6a installed. The server name was changed and we need to change it back but the server it’s self still has a reference to the old name when you run a nbtstat-n. There is no other reference to this old name any where else on the network.
How can I remove this local reference?
