Netmeeting

HI, I’m trying to access my pc from my job and also from school using netmeeting remote desktop sharing for some reason only works for me in the same network. but when i try using it from school or work it gives me no answer it says the the other party did not accept your call even though i have it on automatically accept calls i need some info please on how to fix this thank you.
