After i configure Netmeeting on an XP system, the Netmeeting Splash screen will pop up, than a second or two later i get the error message that “Netmeeting could not start. Please restart your computer and try again.” I have done this several times and it still will not let me get into Netmeeting. I am doing it as the administrator on the system so i know i have the rights to configure it. What could the problem be and what would the solution be? I looked up on MS KB243956 and that did not help me out at all. I do not even have the little netmeeting icon in the systray.
