Netmeeting locks Machine on W2K

When I start Netmeeting, I get prompted for tuning. It gets no further. I have IE 6.0 and W2K. I cannot install Netmeeting, except by playing with MMC in some manner. There’s a microsoft Q&A on this, but I don’t understand any of the chatter. Itried adding entry for Netmeeting, but obviously don’t know what I’m doing. Can someone go through the steps IN DETAIL for us dummies?
