I have installed MSoffice in a different location, so now if there is a .doc attached to netscape mail, it can't find the program. Where can I go to redirect the location of programs in Netscape?
Thanks, DC

From within the browser window, go to Edit|Preferences|Navigator|Applications. Scroll down the Descriptions menu til you find "WINWORD File". There may be more than one instance of this selection, based on how many file extensions open with Winword.exe...you will have to edit each instance to direct Netscape to the new file path. Once the item is highlighted, click on the "Edit" button and change the Application's directory path to reflect the new location of the Word program. Click OK until the Preferences window closes, then you may have to shut down and reopen Netscape for the changes to take effect. I hope this helps.
