I have a user that is currently using a dell optiplex GX110 with win2000 professional as the OS. When ever she pulls up Netscape 4.7 and wants to pull up excel files or any other file through Netscape 4.7 she is unable to. With Internet Explorer everything works fine. Could some one please help. Thank you.
