Netscape 6.2

I run Windows 2000 professional and I am using
Netscape 6.2 as my browser. I have it selected as my default browser but when I go start, run and type in the web address I want, I get the following error: “Cannot find the file “http://www.whateverwebsite.com/(or one of
its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.” What setting do I change so I don’t see this error?
