I have a user that uses Netscape Communicator 4.7 for his browser. He has MSN.com as his home page. When he came in today he couldn’t pull it up. He is being redirected to login.passport.com with long string attched to it then gets a message saying it can’t bring up the page to contact the system administrator of the site. He has the same problem with Hotmail. Besides these two sites everything else seems to work. We can bring up the sites without a problem using Communicator on another machine.
Also, I can bring up the sites in IE without a problem on his machine.
I have cleared out the history and cache. Also, I moved the cookies for these sites but it still not working.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
