Hi everyone,
I am a little bit perturbed by the fact that Netscape cannot provide me with a solution to “reset” my Netwatch password??? I sent them an email asking for help but all they could tell me is that there is no way to reset or retrieve the password if I have lost it or forgotten it?? Can anybody help me or give me the right direction?
I know it probably has to do with my passord being encrypted in my browser itself but I am very upset that I cannot use change the settings for “netwatch” so my children can surf the net without worrying about hitting some perverted site.
