Netscreen remote 10.3.3 (build 4)

I have 2 laptops that have Netscreen remote 10.3.3 (build 4) that can not connect from home. They can connect if they go to a Wi Fi hotspot but they can not connect from home. They plug directly into the comcast cable modem and can connect to the internet but the vpn remote won’t connect. I have a couple more laptops that connect just fine using comcast cable. I have checked the setting and they are all the same. thanks
