Netstat- Remote address

I have observed that my PC getting bz in sending packets. but I was not using my PC through any session e.g. internet explorer,FTP,telnet etc.

when i applied netstat command I observed the following

D:\>netstat

Active Connections

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
TCP win2000:microsoft-ds ▌-▌n▌+▌?▌+-++-:3081 ESTABLISHED

why that shows Foreing such ASCII codes??

can anybody explain it.
