I have a client with the following issue with a propriotry printer.
They have Netware 6 SP2 and using NDPS 2.0 to manage the printers. They have set up ZEN Works ver 3.2 to distribute the drivers to the workstations. I have supplied both PCL and PSdrivers for each model.
We can load drivers on their server using Resource Manager (Broker). When users login to workstations of Windows 95, drivers were downloaded and work fine. But with Windows 2000 PC?s, drivers are not loaded and comes up with error message? printer.context. driver unsuitable for install?. If I change the driver to HP LJ 5 Si, it works.
I can load the driver locally without any problems.
Windows 2k with SP3 and Novell Client 4.83 SP1.
