    NetWare and Vinca

    We have a Primary Server and a Backup Server, but when the Primary shut down, the Backup think i shut down too. This is not the correct way but we don’t have an idea to fix this problem. The problem is that we don’t have this software from Novell and we don’t became information from Novell. I hope anybody have an idea to fix this problem.

      What version of vinca and novell are you using? How are the Network Cards configured for the main link and the vinca link? Is the backup trying to autoswitch at all? Any additional info would help.
