network between win98se and winxp

I have set up a home network between a win98se and winxp (NTFS) system. Both machines are connected to a hub and share an internet connection through the xp system. I can access the internet through both computers. I can see the 98 machine from xp and print to it’s printers, go to its files. However I can’t even browse the network from the 98 machine. I have tcp/ip and nwlink installed on both systems. Any suggestions? I’d like to be able to print to the xp’s printers (which are shared) and access files. (also shared). Thanks for the help!
