Sorry that I misspelled the word:
Broadcasting. So my question is:

How to setup a network message broadcasting
on NT 4.0 server domain.

Thanks

Go to your Administrative Tools folder on the Start Menu and open Server Manager. Highlight the server that you want to send the message from. Click on "Computer" at the top of Server Manager and choose "Send Message". This will bring up a box and let you type any message to all users connected to that server.

Like the other person mentioned. Send message from server manager will do the job for NT workstations. However, if you want to send messages to Windows 9x machines, you must install and enable winpopup. Without this 9x clients will not receive anymessages.

The first answer is the easiest way but I'm not sure if the Windows 9x computers will receive that message because I have an all Windows NT 4.0 environment. I think a net send command will work easier than using installing WinPopUp on all of the Windows 9x computers. From a cmd box use the net send - NET SEND {name | * | /DOMAIN[:name] | /USERS} message

I followed the steps. I sucessfully sent messages at home test NT domain server.
(one PDC server with two NT workstations)

It did not work at my office. Here is what I
did. Go to server manager, then highligh PDC server, Click computer and select send message. Type "test message" click send.
A message come on PDC"some users may not receive this message" I clicked ok.
The message did not show any NT workstation but on all member server only.
We are in NT 4.0 network with three DHCP(3nodes) and some Apple laptop workstation.

What did I do wrong and what is the best way
to send message to about 300 users from NT PDC?

Thansk
