How do I create an ethernet network boot disk?

Network Client Administrator

If you have an NT server in your network, use Network Client Administrator. If the nic is not supported by default, you can add one by following the directions given in MS Knowledge Base article Q142857. It is fairly straightforward process. You canedit the autoexec.bat it creates to automate things like creating/restoring ghosted images. Very nice. Good luck!
