Network command line tools not working

By heckfire ·
When trying to utilize a "ping" or "ipconfig" command via the command line, I receive the "error internal/external commands not recgonized."

How do I enable these?

Well, I think your variables PATH is no more directed to %systemroot%. To correct that, go to MyComputer > Properties > Advanced > Environment variables and add at the System Variables > Path, %systemroot% to it. That should do the job. You may also add %systemroot%\system32 if it's not already listed.
