Network Connections error!

How could I resolve the following network issue?

This error message prompts everytime I click properties of any selected network components in LAN properties dialog box.

Network connections error message says: could not add the requested component, the error is “The specified path does not contain any applicable device INFs”

Any assistance on this issue! Tnx!
