Network Diagnostics in WinXP Pro

Is there a way to run the Network Diagnostics tool (Help and Support Center) in WinXP Pro on a remote computer. I like how it will provide info like WINS/DNS etc, but need to do it on remote machines and not my local box. Is there a way to use thisGUI tool on a remote system?
