Network folder syncronization

By Fvillasenor ·
I have a fileserver that hosts my users personal files and would like to configure the files on the server for offline access for my users.

You should follow the link Bil put for XP. If you are using windows 2000, you will have to access windows explorer to allow offline files and synchronization. From you desktop, Rclick the 'Start" menu button and choose 'Explore'. In Windows Explorer, select the 'Tools' menu, choose 'Folder Options', In the 'folder options dialog box, select the 'Offline Files' tab at the extreme right. Check the 'Enable Offline Files' check box and also check the 'Synchronize all offline files before logging off' check box. You can also choose to set the offline file short cuts to your desktop for easy user access.
Hope this helps.
Bob
