Network Interface Card Question - pls help!!!

Please help. I have one server for web,email and external dns. I have one public IP and a firewall. Do I need three NICs for the web, email and dns? One NIC for each?

No. The only difference here are the TCP ports that separate the services

not the actual public IP address of the server. I'm not quite sure why you are asking about having 3 NICs' because you're not running a multihomed server from what I understand. If you want to manage the server from your private network, then setup a NAT entry in your firewall to access the server from within your private network for management purposes.
