Network Load Balancing

Hey Guys!

I am currently installing a new Windows 2000 domain. I plan on installing Terminal Services and load balance between two servers.

Here is my question: I have setup Network Load Balancing (NLB), but I cannot confirm that it is actually working.

Server Setting #1

Dual Intel Pro 10/100 NIC
IP Address 1- 192.168.1.34
IP Address 1- 192.168.1.35
Virtual IP Address- 192.168.1.39

Server Setting #2
——————
Dual Intel Pro 10/100 NIC
IP Address 1- 192.168.1.36
IP Address 1- 192.168.1.37
Virtual IP Address- 192.168.1.39

When I set it up, I get no error.
When I ping 192.168.1.39 I get no responce.

I’ve re-read through the Windows 2000 Resource Kit for missing steps. Any ideas?
