Network Monitoring

Is there any free tool that will help to monitor my network, for example… for a instant of time, which client occupies more bandwidth. can you help me.

  If u have a switch I can say MRTG is a better choice for any NW monitoring App as its free n works very fine…You can do a lot with tht…check http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/
