Network Neighborhood

I have a WindowsNT network with 12 workstations running Windows98. Suddenly, all workstations can not browse any station within their own segment in the PDC thru Network Neighborhood. On the server I can see all domains in the network except any station within the working group NFJP. I tried to solve the problem without success.
