I have a home network with 2 win98 machines and my work laptop with nt 4.0 workstation. The nt domain name and win98 workgroup name is the same. I have user accounts for the win98 machines set up on the laptop. The laptop can access anything on the win98 machines. the win98 machines can see the laptop in network neighborhood but can’t access anything even though I set up file sharing. When I try to access from win98 I get an error message, ” the logon server cannot be accessed”.
What do I need to do to correct this situation?
