Network Places Problem

We’ve just implemented Active Directory on our domain and we now have issues with browsing networked computer. The most common problem is when opening the entire network in My Network Places, it opens one time and then give a access denied message the next. There is no patten, however I believe it could be related to a timeout error. Any help would be appreciated.
