By linni_babii ·
I can't seem to print to the network printer and i can't seem to log on to the network, I keep getting number of hard disk error messages what seems to be the problem? The accounting system figures appear to be out of balance.

network printer

See pervious postings. You need to first get this hdd working to a point where you do not get any errors. Whether that means replacing the hdd... it might... depending on the errors you are getting?

Net logging onto the network could also be caused by the hdd not working. The printer can also be caused by the hdd not working. If your hdd is corrupting files on the hdd, then your whole system is bound to be unstable.

Once the hdd is working, then concentrate on getting the networking protocols setup and installed. Then the printer should work once you get the system back on the network.

Accounting programs and data file can also be affected by the hdd errors.

Good luck. It sounds as if you have need of an on-site technical person's help (network admin available?)... or take the computer to a computer repair shop for your hdd problems. For the network/printing problems, you will need to give the technician a specific setup for your internal network (if he/she is outside your company).
