And software?

Use them.

If you don't for some reason, have instructions and software, get them from the Ricoh support page for your model.

Printer Install

Download or use the CD for the Drivers. You will need to set the Printer with a static IP address as it will make it easier to manage. You should be able to make it 192.168.15.2 unless you have made this address as part of your DHCP range for automatic configuration of the other computers. Once you get the IP address setup on the Printer. Install it on one of the computers on the network, either using the CD as drivers, or the ones you downloaded from the printer website.
During the install process it will ask you if you want to share the printer, say yes and give it a name that is easy to remember. After your finished, you can goto the other computers, and add the printers, and just search for the printer and it should find it and add the drivers automatically.

** another option is to install the printer using the CD on each computer. which means you don't have to leave the one computer on all the time that is serving the printer to the other computers. **

If you can get ahold of an other machine to act as the "print server" you could also add USB Hard Drives to it and use it as a file server as well to store files, back up all the other computers and it will give you a main point to forward remote control software through the external firewall as a way to fix issues remotly.
