I have cisco 2600 router with three layer two netgear switches(48ports) for 80 PCs(users). I have a lab for high speed webhosting on PCs. I have two T1 from Verizon. I have aggregated two T1s to make 3MB but for some reason, if there is any download on one of the PCs, the broadband speed slows down on other computers. Is there a way to setup each ports on switch so that each PC can utilize certain amount of bandwidth and still have fastest speed through two T1’s without slowing down other PCs?
