A friend did a defragment recently and now cannot serve the net. He can dial into his service provider but he cannot get to any server. Tried ping and trace route, doesn’t seems to be able get out of his system. But he is connected to the modem ofhis ISP. Checked all the network configuration and everything is in order. Could some advice what other areas I can check to see if there is a corruption in the network or a driver is missing. Thanks.
