Network Security Software

By raharr ·
There is a boot cd somewhere that will boot your computer to a Linux OS so you can check network and wireless security. I have used it in the pass and it works great, but I have since lost it or miss placed it. The linux OS has alot of utilities on it to use. Does anyone know where I can find it? I have looked everywhere, but I can not remember wher I downloaded it from. It was free software.

Thanks in advance.
Russ

Software ISO

This is not just a linux boot iso. It has all the network scanning software for WIFI and all brands of network. I just can not remember what it was called and hoping that someone here has used it. It is the coolest ISO that has all kinds of software and can either boot to the OS that is on it or you could run it from windows.

If I can find it, I will post it here. I will just have to check every cd canister that I have in my office.

Yep. It sure is one of them, Auditor. I really like using it, but I found out that they have changed it from Auditor to BackTrack. I found my Auditor ISO cd. You would never guess where. It was in my case were I keep all my network testing software. It was under a bunch of stuff.

I am going to try BackTrack now to see how it works comparied to Auditor.

Thanks
Russ
