Anyone have a good format/structure template to use for a manufacturing companies shared drive?
Currently user’s save data at random with no structure for the files/data being saved.
Files consist of training docs, excel, word, access files formultiple external customers.
The issue we run into is when we can delete or archive the files. We would like to keep the files accessible for 90 days on the network and then delete or back up the data. Unfortunately the way files are being save we have to open every file to make sure it is old enough to delete or archive.
