Network Virus

Hi,
Winnt4.0 environment. We seem to have been one of the first to be hit w/the w32klezh@mm Virus.. Before norton came out w/the virus deinitions.We went to each individual computer to remove it but it seems to have regenerated it self.Has anybody else experence this and how did you remedie it. Any help would be apprecaited.
