On the last weekend a third party company came in and added routing info on our routers. I cannot see the connection but i must mention it since it was the only change made on the network prior to this problem.
The problem is: We now constantly getcall from users who are unable to print. (MSG: tehre is a problem with the printer setup/ reinstall driver/ contact admin).
When we restart the spooler for that floor’s print server the printing resumes.
I wonder if there were changes made that have not been disclosed. To me it’s like chnaging your right turn signal light on you car and ending up with a timimg chain problem. Can anyone offer some light.
